1) About the App

FFC is a lending application designed to support small projects and business financing. To assess eligibility and comply with legal obligations, the App may require identity verification (KYC) and business-related information.

A) Information you provide

• Identity / KYC information: full name, date of birth, nationality, address, and government-issued ID details.
• Documents and images: ID documents (front/back), selfie/liveness verification (if applicable), and other supporting documents.
• Business information: business name, registration/licensing details, business address, and basic business profile information.
• Financial / application information: loan request details, purpose, repayment preferences, and supporting statements where applicable.
• Contact information: phone number, email address.
• Customer support: messages you send to support, attachments, and call/chat records where applicable.

B) Information collected automatically

• Device and app data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone.
• Log data: IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.

C) Optional information (only if you enable it)

• Location: approximate location may be used for fraud prevention or compliance (if requested and you grant permission).

6) Information Collected Through Our Website

When you submit a form on ffc.iq (for example an appointment request, a contact message, or a job application), we also automatically record a small amount of technical information together with your submission:

• Your IP address and general browser / device type.
• The page that referred you to the site and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (UTM parameters), so we can understand which channels bring us enquiries.
• Page-view statistics for the pages you visit. We do not set any tracking cookie for this beyond the session cookie needed to operate the site.

When enabled by FFC, we also use analytics and advertising tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and/or the Meta Pixel) to measure how visitors use the site and how effective our marketing is. These tags may set their own cookies or use similar technology in your browser.
